Refunds & Returns

We want you to feel right in what you wear. If something doesn’t work, here’s how we handle it.

Returns

We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn
  • All original tags must be intact
  • The item must be returned in original packaging
  • The product must be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or partially refunded.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, email us at info@rimorestore.com with your order details.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a reverse pickup, where service is available
  • If reverse pickup is not available in your location, you may be required to self-ship the product to us

Returns sent without approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

  • A return shipping fee may apply and will be deducted from your refund
  • In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items, return shipping will be covered by us

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Product replacements (subject to availability)

Exchange requests must be raised within the 7-day return window.

If the requested item is unavailable, you may choose:

  • A different product, or
  • A refund as per policy

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items
  • Customized or made-to-order products

Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • Inspection will be completed within 2–3 business days
  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refund method:

  • Prepaid orders → Refunded to original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders → Refunded via bank transfer or store credit

Please note: Bank processing times may vary.

Partial Refunds

In certain cases, partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The item is returned in a condition different from what was shipped
  • Tags are missing or packaging is damaged

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@rimorestore.com with photos. We’ll resolve it on priority.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled and must go through the return process

The pockets in women’s clothing never seemed to serve their purpose—too shallow, too small, or sometimes non-existent. Determined to change this, she embarked on a journey to create a brand that combined elegance, comfort, and functionality, without compromise.
