Only buy new clothes that match your top 10 favorite items.
Every time you buy something new, donate or remove 2 items you no longer wear. That’s it.
3. Make small, mindful decisions
Minimalism isn’t a one-week challenge. It’s a mindset.
Every time you shop, pack, or even browse online—ask yourself:
“Will this support the lifestyle I’m trying to build?”
If the answer is no, skip it.
